首先他的前台服務品質參差不齊。有的人員還不錯。但是有的人員就非常的拖沓。我們分了幾張單訂了5間房其中有一間房從12點到達説2:00可以開除，一直往後半小時半小時的延到3:30才把房開好。這個過程當中沒有解釋也沒有抱歉。對於長途旅行過來的家人來説，實在是很遭罪。

Остались ещё на одну ночь. Отношение к достоинствам не изменилось. Но недостаток проявился. Довольно мало поверхностей, где можно разложить свои вещи. Например, при трехместном размещении в номере всего одна маленькая тумбочка и ни одного стола.

I was initially very taken back by the cleanliness of the room or should I say uncleanliness (light switches, AC remote, side table…). But once I wiped everything down myself I felt better. I feel it is shown as higher quality than it actually is, I’m used to staying in huts before but this was tiny, no space to move around the room. Once I got over the initial impression (debating whether to change hotel), I just stayed on the beach or by the pool which is honestly what you go there for. The hotel restaurant was lovely at first but I got severely ill on my last day and had only eaten food from their restaurant which at the time I thought tasted delicious but the room should have been my first clue 🥲🥲🥲 Despite everything, would I recommend it or go back? Maybe 🤔 just maybe lower my expectations about the hotel, not the island which is 💯 percent better than expected. Incredibly beautiful place 🤩

Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍 wir hatten ein Superior DZ mit Sitzmöglichkeit draußen auf der Veranda. TV funktionierte nicht, schade auch wenn wir es nicht gebraucht hätten. Unser Bungalow war etwas hinter dem Gym liegend - super Lage und kurze Wege. Hygiene Artikel, Fön und Safe vorhanden. Täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser umsonst. Einzigste Manko, die Klimaanlage bläst direkt ins Auge. Kleiner Poolbereich welcher in den Großen Pool übergeht mit Sicht auf das Meer. Am Pool fehlen ein paar Kacheln, welche aber hin und wieder ergänzt/ repariert werden. Genügend Liegen am Strand. Details zum Frühstück Buffet mit Auswahl für jedermann z.B. Kaffee/ Tee/ Lemon Tea/ Saft/ Wasser/ Müsli/ Würstchen/ Bohnen/ Kartoffelecken/ Pancakes/ 3 Sorten Obst/ Toastbrot / kl.Brötchen/ Marmelade/ Honig/ Erdnussbutter/ Eierstation/ Suppen Station/ Salatbuffet/ gebr.Reis und Nudeln und gekochte Eier. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal

Amazing for couples! Will come back again in future and for sure can recommend this place to stay. Located on the best beach, wide and long, perfect for jogging or workout. Just one thing, if you booked this hotel, contact support center to make sure hotel received your reservation and has room for you. Reception spent 15 minutes looking for our booking and we were lucky to get free room. But other couple who arrived during CNY had the same situation and due to holidays resort was fully booked. They must stay and shared room for few days to get their private room.

TOTALLY AMAZING 🤩 great service, all the staff is nice and attend. it's located right in front of the beach which is very very clean, the sand is white and has beach beds available all the time, they provide beach towels and the prices for snacks and food are quite fair. The only minor issue could be that the breakfast buffet is the same everyday is still good and tasty. If you want to party MAD MONKEY is right besides. Clean, spacious and lovely. So satisfied!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to get ajoining rooms. The close proximity of the beach was so convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The options at the restaurant were really good. We had a very early departure, but the hotel arranged a packed breakfast for us. I would definitely recommend staying here. This stretch of beach is perfect with less noise than other beaches on the island.
